To provide our multi-service delivery platform in Muridke, we collect the following information:

Account Details: Name, mobile number, email address, and delivery addresses when registering as a customer.

Location Data: We collect background and foreground precise location data to show nearby vendors (Grocery, Pharmacy, Restaurant, and Local Shops), assign parcel pickup/delivery partners, estimate delivery times, and enable real-time order and parcel tracking.

Uploaded Documents: Prescription uploads via the Pharmacy module for medicine verification.

Shops & Retail Orders: Product selections, store preferences, and order history from partner shops.

Parcel Delivery Details: Pickup location, drop-off location, sender details, recipient name, contact phone number, and package category required for courier and parcel movement.

2. Usage of Information

We use your personal data exclusively to:

Connect your orders with registered third-party vendors (Grocery, Pharmacy, Food, and Shops) and assigned delivery partners.

Process, route, and complete parcel pickup and delivery requests between senders and recipients.

Provide order updates, real-time parcel tracking, digital invoices, and customer support.

Prevent fraudulent transactions and maintain platform security

3. Vendor & Third-Party Data Sharing

ShaniMart operates as a multi-vendor platform. Necessary order information (item details, delivery contact, and location) is shared exclusively with the relevant vendor, shop, or assigned delivery partner for order fulfillment and parcel delivery. We do not sell or rent user data to third parties.

4. Account and Data Deletion Rights

Users have full right to request deletion of their account and associated data at any time via the "Delete Account" feature in the ShaniMart app settings or by contacting us at support@shanimart.pk.
